E. Anne Macgregor

Director

In 2022, I was elected as the President of the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Manitoba. I have been a board member for over 5 years, and am so honoured to have the opportunity lead our humble and thriving association!

I've been providing Manitobans with vocational rehabilitation services to assist with their return to work after job loss, injury or illness since 2007. My experience has been a combination of public and private practice.  In 2017 I created Bravework  to service individuals, employers and insurance agencies by offering disability and vocational rehabilitation solutions with a focus on occupational wellness and thriving.

I have obtained the CVRP, RRP, and am working towards the CCVE.  In addition, I hold a Bachelors of Human Ecology with a minor in Commerce, Certifications in Career & Employment Coaching, Rehabilitation Case Management, Motivational Interviewing, ASIST and others.

The key to my passion for the field has been exploring and discovering new ways of working with clients.  In 2018, I completed a certification in Applied Positive Psychology to access additional tools and interventions for working with clients to break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back in life.  I am also certified as a Bounce Back Better (B³)®  trainer, offering individualized and group programs for building mental, physical, emotional and social resilience.

In addition, I am a committed volunteer in my community. As a cancer survivor, I am honoured to be a Speaker for the Terry Fox Run.  My Signature Strengths are Curiosity, Hope, Fairness, Social Intelligence and Zest.
