A professional member of VRA Canada since 2003, Tara Beaton has developed and delivered thousands of hours of workshops and other learning events including for York University, Seneca College, Pacific Coast University for Workplace Health Sciences, Trent University, and the Work Wellness Institute. A co-developer of Canada’s national CVRP certification exam, she also developed the VRA Online Learning Academy’s Module 501:Diversity and the Vocational Rehabilitation Professional. Tara holds a master’s degree in Adult Education with a focus on accessible work-oriented learning, as well as a diploma in disability management. She maintains RRP, RVP, CVRP, RTWDM, and CDMP designations.
