Join Agilec on February 9 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. via webinar for an online learning experience on “Bringing Ethics to Life in the Workplace.” Discuss and explore critical questions that help us think and act ethically. Experience five ways to keep ethics alive in your daily practice.

Crystal Dolliver, who has been presenting on professional ethics since 2009, will provide an interactive and engaging session, drawing on her extensive experience as an Employment Counsellor and facilitator working at Agilec.

In the rush to reach outcomes and satisfy competing priorities, there little time to consider what’s happening around us. Yet, we are committed to ethical behaviour in our profession. We must take time to stop and reflect on situations and decisions. Questions we will be considering during this training include:

• How do we bring ethics to life in the workplace?
• How can we do this when we are pressured for time?
• What interferes with ethical decision making?

This course is pre-approved by VRA Canada and by the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals for two hours of Ethics training. You will acquire a better understanding of how ethical we are, what influences our decisions, and how we bring ethics to life.

Cost of course is $60. For more information, take a look at our website at If you are interested in registering for this event please contact Kate Lidstone by email or phone at 1-800-361-4642, Ext: 2023.
